Does VIP mean I have to sell anything?
No. VIP is a customer programme, not a business opportunity. Selling MONAT is a separate choice as a Market Partner.
Can I cancel or change a flexible order?
Yes. Flexible orders can be edited, delayed or cancelled from your MONAT account, subject to the current programme terms shown at signup.
Is there a fee to join?
MONAT charges a small one-time VIP enrollment fee, which is often waived during promotions. Current pricing and terms are always displayed on the official signup page.
What if a product does not work for me?
MONAT offers a satisfaction guarantee on first-time product purchases within a defined window. The current terms are published on the official MONAT site.
